A good urban plan must be inclusive, says architect

July 15, 2019April 15, 2020 ABS-CBN News

“MANILA – A good urban plan should be inclusive, an architect said Sunday. William Ti Jr, principal architect of WTA Architecture and Design Studio, said the country’s capital needs to build vertical housing to make way for more open space and to minimize transportation. “Housing is something that is pretty much lacking in this country, more so in Manila because it is so dense and overcrowded and overdeveloped. But the reality is it’s underdeveloped because there’s not enough built space,” Ti told ANC’s Dateline Philippines.” Read more here.
