The location of the 1520 sq. m. site for the proposed branch area office is situated at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. It is a financial district located 11 km (6.8 mi) south-east of the center of Manila in an area disputed between the cities of Makati and Taguig as well as the municipality of Pateros. In recent years, the district has experienced robust commercial growth through the sale of military land by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
Based on their recent studies and standards put in place, the existing Taguig branch will now be the first BA (Business Area) to be expanded, integrating the recommended solutions for better customer service as well as employee satisfaction.
