Imus is one of the fastest growing towns in the province of Cavite in terms of population and industrialization. The city is located 21 kilometers south of Metro Manila. Imus holds the foremost banking center of Cavite with numerous financial institutions. Furthermore, Imus has shown a steady rise in its income earning since 1986. It now has 6,636 licensed business establishments that includes 4,376 commercial establishments, along with, 300 manufacturing establishments and 190 financial institutions.
The Aguinaldo Highway serves as the main access to the building. This highways connects the site to the surrounding major cities. The site offers commercial oriented structures surrounding the building. Some of these structures include a supermarket, hardware shops, restaurants, and other small establishments. These give the area a great potential for future development.
Cohesive Dynamism
The Imus Master Plan is a mixed use development with a plot area of 15,000 sqm. Each area represents an individually unique piece. When are all connected together, each piece can function efficiently as a whole. Different elements such as diagonal lines, folding patterns, and louvers were incorporated to add utility and depth. These materials where also to placed create emphasis on certain areas.
