The Anyana project is a proposal for three different corporate office concepts. The program of the corporate office includes meeting rooms, offices for the following departments: sales and marketing; treasury; engineering; human resources; planning; IT; and Business Development. Ancillary rooms are also included in the program for the overall support of the company’s operations.
Here, we present three design concepts that suit the site and its location. These include the Curved Form, the Tropical Form, and the Land Form.
Nature plays a key role in the design, which incorporates principles of biophilia – an inherent affinity for nature found in humans that is proven to enhance staff well-being and improve the quality of the workplace.
The curved form concept focuses on creating a rich experience throughout the office building while enhancing the connections with the surrounding landscape.
The tropical form concept highlights green design, allowing us to create something that blends well with the environment and at the same time focuses on the users of the building — the employees. A combination of natural materials and glass walls creates an inviting working environment while staying true to our tropical culture.
The land form concept blurs the boundaries between the lush landscape and the interior spaces with glass walls that permit an abundance of natural light and generous spaces that embrace new ways of working and collaboration.
