Developed by Golden Bay Land Holdings, and designed by WTA Architecture and Design Studio, the Garden City Cavite wins the Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL) 2020 for the Property Development: Mixed-use category. Aspire Corporate Plaza was also among the awarded projects done by Golden Bay Land Holdings.
