Concept Sketching for Horizon Manila

Horizon Manila takes inspiration from the life and vigor of Manila streets. The distinct character of Tondo, Divisoria and Avenida brings out different sights and sounds from culture and traditions for each procession and fiesta. From the life energy and bustle of theatres and shopfronts in the streets of Recto to the churches and plazas in Quiapo that anchor communities. All of these influences and imageries come together in this conceptualized master plan. The video presents the layers of each integral concept of the development plan. It starts of with the form of the islands, then the great valley, water gardens, plateaus, urban parks and the grand canal.
