WTA launches “Context and Intent” at Anthology Festival 2017 to mark our first 10 years. It discusses how the studio has grown from a start-up to one of the country’s biggest architectural firms. Written by William Ti Jr., the book explains our design process and further defines our ideas on social architecture. Essays included in the book are by team leaders, Royce Nicdao, Matthieu Begoghina and Audrey Lopez, and Fernando Cunanan.
Context and Intent shows both past and current projects of WTA Architecture and Design studio and the thoughts that go along with them. It showcases the studio’s program-driven architecture with chapters on key interests and current theoretical explorations. The book highlights the passion and curiosity that drives the firm’s dedication to create social architecture.
