We are seeking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to developing design concepts, creating detailed plans, and supporting the seamless execution of projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while working on diverse and inspiring architectural endeavors.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the architectural design process and collaborate with key design professionals to create comprehensive design packages.
Prepare, develop, and edit drawings, models, images, and documents under the guidance of the Project Leader.
Conduct potential studies and research on site conditions and characteristics.
Further develop design solutions by applying a keen understanding of the project.
Monitor construction work in progress to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Contribute and assist as required by Senior Managers or Directors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing technical and creative skills.
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
