Business Development Assistant

WTA is looking for a Business Development Assistant to help support the business development initiatives and projects of the company.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Give active support to the business development director
  • Help prepare responses to RFQs/RFPs/RFIs
  • Manage approaches and pitches to secure new direct commissions/clients
  • Assist in client presentations
  • Assist in client accreditation and bid submission paperwork
  • Assess and develop recommendations for potential new projects
  • Manage client relations and host client visits
  • Assist in representing WTA at selected conferences, lectures, events
  • Assist in market research and development of marketing material
  • Maintain and update office communications, BD contact, and project databases
  • Update the WTA Project Portfolio
  • Assist in creating content for communications and PR
  • Assist in maintaining WTA social media accounts
  • Assist in maintaining WTA Website
  • Organize and prepare submissions for online architecture platforms
  • Organize and prepare submissions for competitions and awards
  • Help in company’s CSR projects
  • Assist in creating connections with various stakeholders, clients, and government institutions
  • Assist in the execution WTA’s research platform – WTA LABS

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS (particularly InDesign and Photoshop or similar software for editing and layout)
  • Fluency in English (fluency in another language is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • An interest and affinity with architecture
