Confronted by the challenge of containment, Principal Architect of WTA Architecture and Design Studio William Ti and Dr. Glenn Angeles collaborated with Maj. Carmelo Jaluague and Maj. Banjo Torres Badayo to quickly mobilize the construction of an Emergency Quarantine Facility (EQF). William Ti, who recently curated the Anthology Festival last February, saw the potential of their pavilion in Intramuros as a viable quarantine facility for the overflow of PUIs in hospitals.”
