Winnie Ann T. Ti

Finance Director

Winnie is the current Finance Director for WTA Architecture + Design Studio. She studied Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas and graduated year 2006. She then took the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Board exam and received her professional license on the same year. She trained as an audit associate with SGV & Co., a member practice of Ernst & Young, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. After which, she then proceeded to work with the top international banks such as Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and Standard Chartered Bank. After six years in the corporate industry, she decided that it was time for a change of scenery and pursued her dream of building her own company. Together with her brother, William, they created Artesan Prime Properties, Inc., a sister company to WTA, where she currently spearheads its business operations.

Blondie Riccio

Interior Design Director

Blondie “Boe” Riccio, has a deep passion and respect for architectural design. Shortly after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, she worked under a Swiss Architectural company as the head Interior Designer for two years. Under this company she honed her skills in translating the architectural essence of a building into the interiors. She believes interior design is an integral part of making a structure complete and functional.

Boe has completed resorts, hotels and residential projects, and designed retail fit-out spaces. Having done projects nationwide, she envisions a bright future for design in the Philippines and one day hopes to have an effect on other designers in considering the architectural essence and applying it internally within interior design.

She also enjoys outdoor activities, maily boating, going to the beach and travelling abroad. Other interests include classical music and going to the opera.

Suzenne Tang-Donovan

Project Management Director

Suzenne has been a licensed civil engineer in the Philippines since 2002 and has stayed in the US, mainly California and Colorado, since 2010. She earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UP Diliman and her Masters and post-Masters degree in civil and environmental engineering with focus on construction engineering and management from Stanford University, California. Her entire career has always been in the engineering and construction industry and, in the last 10 years, has focused on project management of small to large infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects. In 2013, Suzenne was named one of Top 20 under 40 by ENR Mountain States.

On a personal note, Suzenne enjoys crafting and spending quality time with her family

Mannie Yadao

Mannie acquired his degree in architecture from the Mapua Institute of Technology in 1984 and passed the Board Exam in 1986. He has been an architect for over 30 years and has experienced a variety of architectural and engineering projects both local and abroad. Early in his career, he worked as a renderer, detailer, graphic artist and contributing designer for Home Ideas Magazine. He later joined Asian Architects in 1991 where he was involved in preparing working drawings for residences, schools and study centers. His work also included designing chapels and “retablos” for several churches around the Metro. In the 2000s he had a brief stint abroad in the Kingdoms of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain doing villas, supermarkets and showrooms. Mannie then moved back to the Philippines as Project Architect for DDT Konstract in 2004 and later as Senior Architect for GF&Partners in 2006. His more notable contributions in the field include working on the UA&P Campus in Pasig, Trinoma Mall in Q.C., and Serendra East Tower in Taguig.
